Ben Quinton was a classmate of mine in Bournemouth. His "The British Abroad" looks at a British run school in Kenya that was originally set up whilst Kenya was still a British colony, to accommodate White settlers. Today the school is attended by a range of international students but is still run with a British ethos.

I was lucky enough whilst in New York last yea to go meet Chris Vereene in his Studio, he is a genuinely friendly guy and was quite happy to show me and about 20 others his prints and around the studio. His Galesburg series looks at his rural hometown Galesburg in Illinois. The unstaged intimate photographs depict the everyday life of an unspectacular sleepy everyday life in middle America.

Really good documentary on the life and work of Brian Duffy who was one of the "Terible Trio" alongside Bailey and Donovan. Duffy was massivly influential during the 60's and was one of the most famous photographers in the world, until in 1979 he burnt most of his negatives.
